  • You will receive an email confirmation when the Request is completed

Returns standards and conditions

  • We accept all returns for both refunds and exchanges
  • Exchanges can only be requested for the same item in alternatives and colors
  • If your exchange cannot be completed due to unavailable stock or a different item is requested, a refund will be issued 
  • Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer
  • Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial
  • Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial
  • Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc, will not be accepted. 
  • Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted
  • We cannot accept returns (including issuing refunds) or exchanges on any water bottles, face masks, underwear, or socks for hygiene reasons.

Is there a cost for exchange or return?

  • At Adona both exchange and return are Free
  • In addition, we will take care of picking up the package and send a courier to you
  • The courier will contact you before it reaches the address, you just need to have the package ready, in order to deliver it
